Our wedding repertoire includes  music from Jewish, Catholic and Protestant literature,  as well as a large secular catalog.

Catholic and Protestant Weddings

Weddings for these faith communities include traditional nuptial chants from their liturgies, processional music from Handel, Jeremiah Clarke's "Trumpet Tune" and "Trumpet Voluntary"  as well as more conventional wedding music by Wagner and Mendelssohn.  Also much loved and requested are Bach's "Sheep May Safely Graze" and "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring."

Jewish Weddings

We play many lovely folk tunes such as "Etz Harimon" and "Los Bilbilicos," chamber music and dances by seventeenth century Italian Jewish composer Salamone Rossi, and traditional Jewish wedding repertoire such as "Mazel Tov" and "Hava Nagila."

Alternative and Inter-faith Weddings

We are quite comfortable with honoring non-traditional requests.  Among our more unusual weddings has been a Celtic handfasting ceremony and a reception where the minister borrowed our percussionist's dumbek and, along with our fine classical guitarist, played a rocking version of "Wipe Out."  We've also played for an Anglo-Islamic wedding reception.  Our chamber music and Celtic folk songs formed an interesting contrast to the belly dancing which followed.  (We are not making this up.  Really!)
